About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor to lead our Kalgoorlie branch operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring people, vehicles, and valuables are managed securely, efficiently, and in line with all compliance requirements.

You'll oversee a small but dedicated team including Road Crews, Cash Room staff, Turret Guards, and Airport Coordinators. This is a fast-paced and highly operational role where safety, compliance, and strong leadership are critical.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations including vehicle runs, cash processing, and facility security.
  • Ensure all security, alarm, and emergency procedures are followed without exception.
  • Manage rostering and scheduling to maximise efficiency of staff and vehicles.
  • Conduct audits of vehicles, crew, and security practices, providing feedback and corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, OH&S, EBA, and company procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a safe and positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and respond promptly to operational needs.
  • Authorise routine purchases and manage requests for uniforms, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Provide after-hours support for alarms, emergencies, or client issues as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory/management experience in armoured transport, logistics, or security operations.
  • Strong operational knowledge of OH&S, compliance, payroll basics, and licensing requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Experience in customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Ability to make firm, fair, and consistent decisions under pressure.
  • A hands-on, safety-first approach with strong attention to detail.
