NV Health's growing bariatric client base needs a dietitian who thrives on problem-solving and is energised by client breakthroughs.  Within our comprehensive 6-24 month program frameworks, your expertise won't be wasted on cookie-cutter plans.  You'll have the autonomy to dig deep, uncover the root cause of weight struggles, and craft bespoke strategies that deliver profound, lasting weight loss results for each client.

About the Role

  • Provide evidence-based nutrition counselling to bariatric clients
  • Interpret bloodwork, clinical data, and weight trends to guide safe and effective dietary interventions
  • Create individualised nutrition strategies and achievable meal plans
  • Focus on building long-term sustainable habits
  • Collaborate within a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team
  • Maintain clear and accurate consultation notes
  • Develop client resources, including video content (i.e. recipe tutorials)
  • Achieve monthly KPIs aligned with client and team goals

What We're Looking For

  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)  (required)
  • Experience with bariatrics, complex cases and pathology (highly regarded)
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning
  • Desire for long-term client relationships over one-off sessions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural educator who empowers clients with tools for self-management
  • Commitment to mastering bariatric nutrition
  • Smart, hardworking, and ready to go the extra mile for clients
