This is an opportunity for a person wishing to start their career in customer service, to join our team in the rewarding role of Junior Customer Service Representative as an entry level member of our team. Join our dynamic national company, which is a leader in its field. You will be based in our well-appointed office on the Northside of Brisbane close to public transport and be welcomed by a friendly team and supportive manager.

THE ROLE

As an entry level employee, Junior Customer Service Representative your focus will be offering exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, effectively scheduling appointments, offering advice on services and treatments.

Other duties may include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Being frontline & first point of contact for inbound calls in a positive & professional manner.
  • Taking a high level of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment and ability to make outbound calls.
  • Fulfil responsibilities in the administration department.
  • Find solutions to challenges and problems as they occur.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their challenges, and support them with your exceptional service & follow-up.
  • Offer exceptional customer service.
  • High level of detail is required.
  • Good knowledge of MS- Office Suite.

This is a full-time role Monday - Friday with opportunity to grow. Close to public transport. This is an ongoing role, applicants with a working holiday visa need not apply.

With effective time management and strong organisational skills with a strong desire to offer exceptional customer service through your friendliness and efficiency.

Whilst not essential, it would be held in high regard if you possess the following skills:

  • Taking inbound calls in the service industry
  • Geographical knowledge of the greater Brisbane region
  • Organisational skills & administration experience
  • A dedication to exceptional customer service
  • A clear speaking voice with broad use of the English vocabulary
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
