We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to join us as we open our brand new store at Canberra Outlet

Be part of something bold from the beginning As we open the doors to our brand-new Canberra Outlet store, we're looking for a fearless, driven leader to set the tone, build an empowered DREAMTEAM, and deliver AMAZING from day one. As ASM, you'll support your Store Manager in driving results and creating a dynamic store culture that brings the DECJUBA experience to life. This high-traffic outlet location offers the perfect stage to showcase your leadership, styling flair, and ability to make a real impact.

WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS AN ASM

  • You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills

  • You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business

  • You're ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.

  • You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
