ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to join our team and be our next amazing Store Manager at our CHAMPION Canberra Outlet store You will become part of the Champion team and be responsible for managing, motivating and coaching the in-store team. You will possess a genuine passion for streetwear, athletic apparel and being a true brand ambassador for the Champion brand.

DUTIES/EXPERIENCE
- Proven record of coaching and succession planning your team
- Ability to create an amazing in store culture and drive motivation with your team to achieve KPIs/budgets
- Ensuring our team are creating unique and authentic customer service experiences every time
- Extensive background and accountability of store operations including inventory and managing loss prevention
- Previous visual merchandising experience executing VM directives and upkeep of standards
