About the role

Dafter Enterprises Pty Ltd t/as Ausave Energy is seeking an experienced Solar Electrician & Installer to join our growing team in Berkeley Vale, NSW. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to take your career in the renewable energy sector to the next level.

What you'll be doing

• Installing, testing and commissioning residential and commercial solar PV systems and solar batteries.
• Performing electrical wiring and completing all necessary documentation
• Troubleshooting and maintaining existing solar PV systems
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
• Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and quality project delivery

What we're looking for

• 3rd or 4th year apprentice electrician with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the solar industry
• Proven track record of successfully installing and maintaining solar PV systems and solar batteries.
• Thorough understanding of solar PV system design, installation and commissioning
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Clean driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites as required
