With clients based on regional industrial sites across Australia, we are hiring for this role across all major centres in and around Eastern Australia.

Your Graduate Program:

Across 12 months you'll rotate through operations, quality and projects, supported by experienced mentors — working with real clients, with clear goals each rotation and regular feedback so you learn by doing.

1.Operations: you'll be close to customers and the frontline, enabling successful use of our system – supporting users, diagnosing system and process issues and keeping support tools and assets accurate and compliant. You'll close the loop with customers and engineering, turning patterns into product improvements and root-cause prevention. You'll gain:

  • Professional communication and relationship skills
  • Knowledge of heavy industry and experience with business systems and technology
  • Problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset.

2. Quality: you'll work within engineering alongside business analysts and developers to raise product confidence before release—interpreting requirements and using a methodical approach to test design and execution. You'll gain:

  • Risk-based quality mindset with a focus on customer value
  • Collaboration skills and end-to-end systems thinking
  • Experience with requirements interpretation and solutions development.

3. Projects: you'll support real deployments – work with stakeholders to clarify problems and user stories, map processes, validate solutions and support training and adoption within a structured project management framework. You'll gain foundation skills in:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Project management
