Are you ready to join a fast-paced and dynamic emergency management business where no two days are the same? We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Operations superstar (with a focus on Administration) to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within the company while working in a supportive and engaging environment.
About the Role:
As our Operations Coordinator in Administration, you will play an integral role in the Bounce Readiness team by providing administrative and operational support across all aspects of the business. From day-to-day business operations and inventory management to scheduling, client projects, and service delivery, your contributions will keep our operations running smoothly.
You will work across multiple locations as needed: from home, our Wyoming office, and the Lisarow warehouse.
Travel between work locations will be required on a weekly basis.
We are looking for a team member to work a few hours per day from Monday to Friday, minimum of 24 hours per week, with ability to scale to full-time hours on occasion. We are also open to offering a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the business areas.
Maintain and manage documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
Assist with scheduling meetings, scheduling sessions, managing calendars and coordinating tasks.
Assist with inventory management, and pick-and-pack tasks for orders.
Support service delivery and client projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support decision making.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of smooth workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedure in all administrative tasks.
Troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently when required.

You have 3+ years' experience in an administrative or operational role.
You are highly organised and excel at managing your own time while juggling multiple tasks.
You have exceptionally high attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagle eye for detail.
You have a proactive and solution focused approach to problem solving.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to change, and love variety.
You can work autonomously and as part of a team, using initiative to solve problems.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) applications and may even teach us a trick or two
You have experience with Xero and some basic accounts knowledge.
You have intermediate level experience with Xero accounting software.
You have basic accounts knowledge including data entry experience.
You have a reliable car to travel between work locations.
