About Think Play Say

Think Play Say is a small, neuroaffirming, family-centred speech pathology clinic supporting children and young people aged 3–20 years.

Based on the Sunshine Coast and led by a neurodivergent clinician, we offer a friendly, values-driven environment where your learning is prioritised and your contributions are valued.

We believe therapy should be collaborative, fun, and grounded in evidence — and that clinicians deserve the same care and respect we give our families.

We're looking for a new graduate or early-career speech pathologist who's ready to start their career with real support, manageable expectations, and space to grow.

What We Offer
  • Salary: $77,000–$100,000 + super + professional development budget

(based on capability and experience; part-time options available)
- Structured 6-week onboarding with shadowing, joint sessions, and daily opportunities to discuss case management and therapy planning.
- Gradual caseload build – start with just 3 new clients per week, building to a full caseload over time
- Continuing support - Weekly supervision and mentoring, tailored to your learning goals
- Sustainable targets: 18 sessions per week in your first year, for sustainable work–life balance
- Dedicated professional development budget, with opportunities to explore special-interest areas such as speech sound disorders, literacy, or AAC
- Bright, well-equipped clinic with private therapy rooms, open-plan areas, iPads, games and standardised assessments
- Access to practical therapy resources and digital subscriptions such as LessonPix, Twinkl and others
- Flexible hours, and the ability to build TOIL (time off in lieu) for school holiday breaks
- Paid birthday leave and a genuinely supportive team culture
- Neurodivergent practitioners are warmly encouraged to apply
