RAA is seeking a passionate and driven Enterprise Data Analyst to uplift enterprise analytics and business intelligence across the organisation. This is your opportunity to influence strategic decision-making at the highest level—delivering insights that enhance sustainability, performance, and member experience.

What You'll Do
You'll be at the heart of RAA's transformation into a truly data-driven enterprise. From crafting executive dashboards to leading Tableau initiatives, your work will empower senior leaders with the clarity and confidence to act. In addition, you will:

• Build and maintain business dashboards for executive and senior leadership team
• Apply advanced analytics and data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights
• Design and deliver data engineering solutions with integrity, quality, and governance front of mind
• Champion Tableau best practices and contribute to Tableau Cloud administration, BI governance, and community uplift
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying new datasets, refining processes, and standardising outputs
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality service and foster strong internal relationships

What You'll Bring

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Maths & Statistics, or Actuarial Studies (mandatory)
• Experience using Tableau and SQL in a professional setting (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Python or R, KNIME and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across all levels
• A proactive, collaborative spirit with a drive for excellence
