LPO Manager

Normanville Licensed Post Office is looking for a dedicated Post Office Manager, to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a busy retail environment. Normanville is a small sea-side holiday destination on the southern Fleurieu Peninsula with a great sense of community and local support. Only one hour south of Adelaide, Normanvillle has stunning beaches, great cafe culture and only a short drive to the McLaren Vale wine region. Our LPO is a busy, dynamic store with knowledgeable and friendly staff who have a wonderful relationship with our local customers.

It is a permanent, part-time position up to 35 hours a week and includes some Saturday shifts. We value flexibility and work-life balance, so rosters can be individually tailored

Prior experience in a post office is a requirement and management experience is preferable, however on the job training is available.

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

Accurate processing of all post office and banking transactions and ensuring staff are adhering to Australia Post processes and procedures

Stock control and retail display strategies

Main handling including heavy lifts

Create and manage staff rosters
