About the role

Flymotion is seeking an experienced Events Operations and Logistics Crew to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our Sydney office and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our sports and recreation events across the city.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the setup, maintenance and breakdown of event equipment and infrastructure
  • Running and managing event sites as necessary
  • Providing on-site support and problem-solving during events to ensure all operations run seamlessly
  • Light administrative assistance
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Providing excellent customer service to event attendees, partners and stakeholders
  • Adapting to changing priorities and responding quickly to any issues that arise

What we're looking for

  • Someone reliable, proactive and brings a great attitude to the team
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to safety and quality
  • Physically capable with stamina to handle the demands of event setup and breakdown
  • A full driver's licence and experience operating a variety of vehicles and equipment
