The Position

McKays Solicitors is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our respected and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established regional firm with a strong reputation for client care, professional excellence, and a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years PAE in family law (more senior applicants strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, empathetic legal advice

You will be a mature, professional and ambitious person, who has a strong desire to build business in the region, and advance your career.

You will be responsible for running your own files, with access to approachable and experienced senior practitioners to assist and guide you, if needed.

You will be encouraged to contribute to the Practice's various marketing and business development initiatives in order to grow your own client base over time.
