CIVIL ESTIMATING MANAGER

Lincd has been engaged to source an experienced Civil Estimating Manager or a Senior Civil Estimator looking to take the next step in their career with a growing contractor. With a diverse portfolio of civil projects and a clear direction for the future this is an opportunity not to be missed.

HERE'S THE LOWDOWN:

Having extensive experience in estimating and guiding high performing teams you will be across - RFT's, EOI's and detailed submissions, you will oversee the progress of a broad variety of work type bids and liaise across the company to develop submissions utilising the "Turnkey" capabilities of all of the companies divisions. Building an accurate rates library and working closely with finance, the role will be engaging and require a skilled negotiator and collaborator.

The role will also be responsible for managing the estimators and the subsequent reports, updates and Exec insights, so the company has visibility of all Estimating works. Summarised reporting will be crucial to this role.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic and energised Estimator to come in, embrace the processes and eventually progress in the company.

  • Liaising with all of the companies divisions to gather all rates and SOW details.
  • Reporting to the CEO & Construction Manager, provide managerial reports on progress.
  • Collaborate with – Finance, Operations, OH&S, Risk & Compliance.
