Mobility Access Modifications is a dynamic company with over 20 years experience in the building / construction and manufacturing industry, based in Preston.

We have opportunities that are PERFECT for STUDENTS currently studying or recently GRADUATED in Building and Construction / Engineering as our Administrator within our Minor Home Modifications Department.

**Who you are**:

- Currently enrolled in Building and Construction / Engineering or recently graduated.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Desire to learn with an ambitious nature.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some prior administration experience is a bonus, but not essential.

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform general administrative duties relating to minor home modifications such as digital record keeping, data processing, information management.
- Create, maintain and update installation schedules for our trades.
- Liaise with clients, tradesmen and internal staff to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Assist in coordinating work orders, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- Track progress and follow up to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and administrative support as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
