Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and reconcile stock across multiple locations (warehouse, production, retail, ecommerce).
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to manage purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and updating product and inventory records
• Support demand forecasting process and analyse data to plan replenishment and minimise stockouts by expediting supply from both local and international channel.
• Coordinate inbound freight and ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Prepare accurate export/import documentation and maintain logistics data integrity.
• Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Minimum 3+ years experience in supply chain or inventory management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Certificate or Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Ability to multitask and Result driven attitude is a must.
