About the position

Key Responsibilities

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Fine Arts, Art History, Visual Arts, Arts Administration, or relevant experience.

  • Experience in galleries or museums with knowledge of curatorial and conservation practices.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian and Aboriginal art and broad visual arts understanding.

  • Proven experience in collection management, exhibitions, research, and publishing.

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.

  • Temporary part time Term Contract, 21 hours per week, for a period of up to 9 months
  • Hourly Rate from $ to $ per hour (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
