Your new role

As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will lead the planning, procurement, delivery, and operational handover of property and infrastructure projects on behalf of Evolve FM's clients. This role requires strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Develop project management plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain risk registers and ensure compliance with government frameworks.
  • Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and administer contracts.
  • Ensure probity and transparency in all procurement activities.
  • Coordinate consultants and contractors, ensuring design integrity and buildability.
  • Monitor progress, manage variations, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Liaise with government agencies, facility managers, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees.
  • Oversee commissioning, handover, and defect management.
  • Ensure compliance documentation and asset registers are complete.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in client-side project management.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Aconex, InDesign and reporting tools (desirable)
