Job Description

• Preparation of procurement documentation and subsequent procurement activities, including Head Contractor and Managing Contractor Contract.
• Preparation of Public Works Committee documentation.
• Design Management and Coordination.
• Extensive Stakeholder Consultation/Management
• Manage/lead multiple project commitments
• Lead, chair and minute client meetings / discussions
• Work with team lead to pursue business initiatives
• Commission Management (SPM roles)

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
• 2 to 5 + years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
• Baseline clearance is required
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
