Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Darwin, NT. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities also include quality control, site inspections, and reporting progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site supervision, project management, and scheduling
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors
- Proficiency in quality control and site inspections
- Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting
- Experience in commercial construction, defense projects, and high-end residential development is a plus
- Relevant trade qualifications or a degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proficiency in using project management software tools
- A valid driver's license
