Our Opportunity
The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective community development projects and initiatives that address community priorities and challenges, leading to improved community outcomes and capacity building.
  • Work collaboratively across Council to provide a holistic approach regarding community development.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the social services sector, enhancing collaboration and driving results.

About You
We're looking for a Team Leader Community Development to lead one of our Community Development teams. You'll bring strategic thinking and innovation to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
