About the role
Country to Coast Care Pty Ltd is expanding our dedicated healthcare team, and we are seeking passionate Enrolled Nurses (EN), Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN), and Registered Nurses (RN). This is more than just a nursing role, it's an opportunity to become a leader, educator, and mentor within a team of dedicated disability support workers.
As part of our clinical team, you will bring your nursing expertise into community and disability settings, guiding and upskilling staff while ensuring the highest standards of care for our participants.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care in homes and community environments
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing tailored care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
- Leading, mentoring, and upskilling disability support workers
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and management to ensure coordinated care
- Supporting participants and their families with education and self-management strategies
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to compliance standards
- Participating in professional development and leadership initiatives
What we're looking for
- Current AHPRA registration (EN, EEN, or RN)
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in disability, community, or primary health (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to teaching and mentoring team members
- Adaptability and confidence in diverse community care settings
- National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
