Dog Daycare

We are looking to grow our friendly team of animal carers to include a fabulous administration assistant. If you are great with customers, love working around animals and looking to join a diverse team, then look no further

ACT Barks and Recreation is open five days a week with a focus on providing a high-quality daycare service for small to medium sized dogs.

This is a newly created role and is ready for someone to make it their own. We are offering 3-10 hours a week starting in the workplace. Over time, some hours will be able to be completed remotely.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Deliver professional customer service including greeting clients, answering phone calls, messages and emails
• Help keep our electronic and hardcopy records up to date including filing new records and auditing existing records
• Draft simple workplace documents such as fact sheets, information posters, newsletters
• Provide some support for our social media and website content
• Support our payrun and rostering processes lead by the manager
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow workplace health and safety policies and infection control procedures
• undertake other tasks as directed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Beginner to intermediate social media content management
• Website content management using Go Daddy
• Able to use a variety of software including Xero, Canva, Word,
• Working around dogs or other animals
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good time management, able to complete tasks effectively and efficiently

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $29.33 – $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
