About the Role(s)

Senior and junior OT positions available in a growing team. Generous salary, or opportunities for per hour casual work for the right therapists

As a valued member of our small but passionate multidisciplinary team, you'll:

o Provide tailored, evidence-based OT services

o Support clients to increase independence and improve their quality of life

o Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver holistic care

Applicants with project management and/or community development experience are highly recommended to apply to help CDS expand and diversify our services.

What You'll Need

• AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist

• A valid driver's license and own vehicle

• Experience in disability services and/or the NDIS framework (highly desired, but not essential)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for empowering people and helping them thrive

• $100 - $140 per hour (casual arrangements for experienced therapists only)

• Travel allowance can be negotiated - either per km basis (95c per km) or per annum ($5,000pa) allowance, depending on therapist preference
