Matchworks is looking for a Business Manager to lead, inspire and grow a team that's changing lives. In this role you will you'll guide your team to deliver inclusive employment outcomes that help people of all abilities find meaningful work.

What you'll do

As an Business Manager in our team you'll:

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional participant outcomes, creating a supportive, collaborative, and motivated work environment.
  • Foster a positive, values-driven culture where your people feel supported, connected and proud of their impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local employers, partners and community organisations.

What you'll bring

  • Experience as a leader who can inspire, guide and get the best out of a team.
  • Great knowledge of the world of employment services or have a solid grasp of what inclusive, community-based work looks like.
  • Strong communication as a relationship-builder — confident connecting with staff, participants, employers, and community partners.
  • An organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

  • Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
