We have a development opportunity for individuals considering joining our team  as a Production Assembler to produce high-quality Electrical Harnesses for our own internal products and external customers throughout Australia and overseas.

About the Role

As a Production Assembler, you'll arrange groups of wires into a single unit with various terminals and connectors attached. These harnesses are critical to delivering electrical signals within machinery.

No prior experience? On-the-job training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and assemble electrical harnesses to specification.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Ensure harness build time targets are achieved consistently.
  • Work with harness testers to resolve any quality issues identified.
  • Assist in identifying and updating incorrect build documentation.

About You

We are looking for individuals who can work to timeframes efficiently and safely and take pride in their work. You will also demonstrate integrity, respect, teamwork and ownership.

This role may suit a person seeking a job change or entering the workforce. Part-time hours may be considered, including school hours.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • A positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in harness building, wiring, or a similar hands-on role (advantageous but not essential – we'll train the right person)
  • Willingness, and disciplined approach, to follow standard work instructions.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to the Company's standards and in a professional manner

Why you'll love working for us:

  • Flexible employment arrangements that suit you and your family
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development
  • A dynamic, friendly team environment where your contribution matters
  • On the job training and ongoing support
  • Career advancement opportunities
