In Your First Twelve Months You'll:

  • Achieve sales targets and maximise growth opportunities within your store
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Oversee merchandising, promotions, and store presentation to align with brand standards
  • Maintain accurate stock control and loss prevention practices
  • Build lasting customer relationships and drive loyalty through exceptional service

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
  • Manage rostering, budgets, banking, and store administration
  • Drive team performance through consistent feedback and coaching
  • Maintain VM standards and promotional execution as per brand directives
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention, OH&S, and company policies
  • Build local customer engagement and represent the brand within the community

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a motivated retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will bring:

  • 3+ years' retail management experience (apparel experience preferred)
  • A strong sales background with proven results against KPIs
  • Natural leadership and a collaborative, hands-on management style
  • Pride in store presentation and attention to operational detail
  • A passion for fashion and genuine commitment to customer service
