About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Health and Safety Advisors (HSE) to join our team on an ongoing casual shutdown basis. This role is FIFO from Perth to various sites across WA, providing safety leadership and support during maintenance and project shutdown activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HSE advice and support to site management and workforce.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety observations, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and promote a positive safety culture on site.
  • Monitor work activities and provide guidance on hazard identification and risk control measures.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practice.
  • Previous experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry shutdowns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence safety outcomes.
  • Current and valid tickets/licences (e.g. White Card, First Aid/CPR, Driver's Licence).
  • Ability to work FIFO from Perth on a flexible casual shutdown roster.
