About The Role
Bolton Clarke enrolled nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our
Home Care clients
across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

These include:

  • Providing nursing care with the support from an experienced Registered Nurse
  • Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
  • Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
  • Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing

*Work Schedule & Coverage*

  • Primary Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm / 4:00pm
  • Monthly Rotation: One evening shift (13:30–21:00) & one weekend per month
  • Location: Service clients across the Eastern suburbs including Mulgrave, Notting Hill, Wheelers Hill, Burwood East, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley and surrounding suburbs
  • On-Call Rotation: Every 6 months, covering weekends and public holidays

To be successful, you will have:

  • 12-18 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse – Community, Acute, Aged Care or Hospital experience
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Flu and covid vaccinations encouraged
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
