You understand the importance of keeping clients satisfied while ensuring your team is organised and supported.

This role is for Sydney Electrical & Data. They're a well established and growing company who work on a variety of projects for well-known clients in commercial, strata, and government sectors. After 20 years of business, they've built such a strong reputation that allows them to handpick projects, working only with clients who trust and value their knowledge.

They are looking for a 2IC/right hand to the owner. Someone who can take some responsibility and workload off the owner's plate so he can focus on continuing to build the business. At the moment EVERYTHING funnels through him and his wife is also involved in the business and they have young children, so he needs someone helpful, knowledgeable and reliable.

You'll be the main point of contact for clients, handling everything from on-site scope quoting to sending through official quotes back in the office. You'll also manage material orders and make sure everything is lined up for the team. Once the details are sorted, you'll brief the guys, ensuring they have everything they need to get the job done right.

There is never a shortage of work, they are highly respected in the industry, having recently won an award and frequently winning work for Tier 1 projects. There is a great opportunity to grow with them, they are more than happy to upskill and train in whatever capacity you need, they just want someone who wants to stick around and work hard. There is also the opportunity to get profit share as the owner wants you to have skin in the game.

The role is full time, with the office based in Marrickville.
