About the Role
As an Activation Executive, you'll be at the heart of campaign delivery across both
Programmatic
and
Paid Social
channels. Working on one of Australia's most high-profile retail accounts, you'll ensure campaigns are set up, optimised, and reported on with precision.
You'll gain hands-on experience across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Google Ads (YouTube, Display) on the programmatic side, as well as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat within paid social.
This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their expertise in campaign activation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation, while working closely with planners, strategists, and reporting specialists to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and manage programmatic & paid social campaigns end-to-end
- Set up campaigns across DSPs and paid social platforms with accuracy
- Monitor performance daily and optimise to deliver against KPIs
- Collaborate with planners, analysts, and creative teams for smooth delivery
- Provide reporting insights and recommendations for campaign growth
- Stay across platform updates, tools, and emerging media trends
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years' experience in digital media (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of programmatic or paid social platforms
- Confident with campaign setup, audience targeting, and reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Exposure to reporting dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Interest in brand lift studies or attribution modelling
