St Aloysius College, North Melbourne is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate Psychologists to join our Wellbeing Team in 2026.
This is a fixed term part (or full) time position, where the successful candidate will provide a high-quality counselling service to students as well as offering advice and guidance to parents and staff in matters relating to the progress and wellbeing of students.
The successful candidate will work closely with the College's Leadership Team in promoting, implementing, and supporting the whole school Wellbeing Program while supporting the College's mission and values .
The College is seeking applicants who, among other qualities, can demonstrate:
- Qualifications and current registration as a psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Commitment to act in accordance with the ethical and professional guidelines outlined by AHPRA.
- Experience providing specialist counselling to students with regards to personal, emotional, social, behavioural and cognitive difficulties
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for supporting the development of children and young people
- Hold a current Working with Children Clearance
