About the role

We are seeking a 1st year electrical apprentice to join our team based in Riverstone, NSW.

This is a full-time opportunity to kick-start your electrical career and gain hands-on industrial experience while completing your Certificate III in Electrotechnology.

You'll work across Sydney on diverse projects, including machinery installation, electrical maintenance, and automation systems, under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.


What you'll be doing

As an apprentice at Tristek, you'll be involved in:

  • Installing and wiring industrial equipment
  • Running conduit and cabling for control and power systems
  • Learning fault-finding and maintenance processes
  • Assisting licensed electricians on automation projects
  • Maintaining tools, materials, and safe work practices on site

What we're looking for

We're interested in applicants who:

  • Have a genuine interest in the electrical trade
  • Are motivated to complete an electrical apprenticeship
  • Have a driver's license (P's or full) (drive Manual for work vehicles is a plus)
  • Hold a Construction White Card (or can obtain one)
  • Are punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Can work safely and follow instructions
  • Live within reasonable travel distance of Riverstone
