In this role you will design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, build robust data pipelines, and harness AI to transform how this business delivers value to their customers.

What You'll Do

  • Innovate with Machine Learning & AI:
    Design, evaluate, and deploy ML models—including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning—to enhance product performance and analytics capabilities. Experience with
    transformers and deep learning frameworks
    (PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a bonus.
  • Propensity Modelling:
    Predict customer behaviour, conversion likelihood, and churn using advanced statistical methods, feature engineering, and rigorous evaluation techniques.
  • Big Data Systems:
    Work with large-scale platforms like
    Databricks, Snowflake, Spark
    , or similar to handle complex, high-volume data pipelines efficiently and securely.
  • Cloud Integration & MLOps:
    Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to productionise models in cloud environments (
    AWS, Azure, GCP
    ) using modern ML Ops tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
  • Advanced Analytics:
    Apply statistical techniques (regression, time-series forecasting, causal inference, hypothesis testing) to generate actionable business insights.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in
    data science and machine learning
    , particularly in data platform environments.
  • Strong expertise in
    cloud services
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and
    big data tools
    (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Proficient coding skills in
    Python
    and
    SQL
    .
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as
    TensorFlow and Keras
  • Experience with
    data platform tools
    like Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Experience
    productising machine learning models for real-time applications
    .
