At Konnexus, we're partnering with one of Australia's leading organisations, a leader known for redefining how millions of users experience data-driven products.

This isn't your average data science role. You'll be tackling complex modelling problems that directly shape strategy, influence product decisions, and redefine customer experiences at scale.

What you'll be doing:


• Design, build, and deploy production-grade models that power real-world decisions


• Partner with engineers, analysts, and product teams to turn complex ideas into data-led innovation


• Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable stories for technical and business audiences


• Apply best practices in MLOps to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery


• Bring a commercial mindset to your work and always connecting the data to the "why" behind the problem

What you'll bring:


• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science or quantitative modelling projects


• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms


• Deep understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques and knowing when to use each


• Precision, curiosity, and clean coding habits you test, validate, and build with care


• A genuine passion for modelling systems around risk, uncertainty, and human behaviour


• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
