Our client is a boutique residential builder delivering high-quality homes across South East Queensland.

Known for their 16-week express builds, transparency, and genuine care for clients, they're expanding fast and looking for the right leader to help them scale.

The Role

As the Estimation and Operations Manager, you'll take control of estimating, procurement, and internal operation.

You'll lead the systems that drive accuracy, ensure profitability, and keep the company moving fast and efficiently.

You'll work closely with the Director and Construction Manager to streamline workflows, oversee costs, and implement structure across the business.

Your leadership will help shape the company for the next phase of growth, building a team and systems you'll be proud of in years to come.

Your Responsibilities


• Oversee estimating, procurement, and operational systems across all builds


• Manage BOQs, tender documentation, and supplier relationships


• Drive accuracy and profitability through data-backed systems and controls


• Collaborate with scheduling and construction to align budgets, timelines, and delivery


• Lead and refine processes using Databuild, Onsite Companion, and other software


• Mentor and develop future team members as the business grows

About You

• 10+ years of experience in residential estimating or operations management


• Strong knowledge of Databuild, Onsite Companion, and similar construction software


• Proven ability to build and improve operational systems


• Excellent financial and commercial understanding


• Leadership ability to motivate, guide, and grow a high-performing team


• A competitive drive to win, deliver, and dominate in the market

What's on Offer


• $130,000 – $160,000 + Super (for the right person)
