About Adelaide Psychology & Co.
We are an established private clinical psychology practice with two offices based in Adelaide CBD. Our mission is to improve the mental health of Adelaide. What makes us different is our genuine care not only for our team and clients, but about evidence-based practice and doing what works. As a collaborative and evolving practice, we want our team to contribute ideas to how the practice should run. We understand the need for flexibility and work life/balance, and have contractor position under a service agreement available. We have highly efficient systems and admin support in place to ensure you can focus on what is important. We are pleased to have four AHPRA Board Approved Supervisors on our team should you require clinical supervision for the clinical endorsement registrar program. We also have regular group supervision and CPD events. We are passionate about providing high quality mental health services to our clientele. We see clients across the lifespan for psychological therapy, however we have many young adults seeking mental health treatment at our practices. We are a modern psychology practice, we utilize digital assessments and note taking, and implement feedback informed treatment with our clients. About You:
An experienced Psychologist, you are caring and enthusiastic in your approach. Committed to providing excellence in clinical services, you will maintain clinical records according to our company and government standards, prepare reports to general practitioners and referrers, and follow the AHPRA Code of Conduct & competencies. Motivated and energetic, you thrive working in a role where you engage in therapeutic work with young adult clients across a variety of clinical presentations. With strong organizational skills, you will be able to balance a clinical load and administrative requirements with ease.
To be successful in the role you will:
Have registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
Have or be eligible for registration with Medicare
Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
Have a warm, genuine, and approachable manner, with the ability to work independently
Be self-motivated, organized, and efficient at managing time and tasks
Have a highly ethical approach to therapy provision
Have availability to provide 5-6 individual therapy sessions per day across 2-4 days per week
Display clinical competence in a range of clinical presentations, including anxiety disorders, trauma, and depression
Be able to critically reflect on your practice and use of clinical skills
Be willing to use Feedback Informed Treatment & Deliberate Practice to get the best client outcomes

Regular clinical supervision with a board approved supervisor
Access to hundreds of clinical resources, therapy manuals and booksFree use of range of digital online assessment measures, including NovoPsych, NovoNote, WPS, Q-Global, Hello Q, MHS, and FIT Outcomes
Use of a device for digital note taking
Provisions to use telehealth with your clients
