FACTORY FABRICATION MANAGER | SYDNEY

Location: Bankstown, Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Start Time: 6:00 AM

Salary: $35 – $55 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date: Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage factory fabrication operations
  • Read and interpret drawings, allocate and organise materials
  • Supervise fabrication team and ensure quality standards
  • Monitor progress, productivity, and safety in the factory
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet specifications
  • Coordinate handover of completed works to supervisor/management
  • Support installation teams as required

Requirements:

  • Strong background in fabrication and welding (minimum 3–5 years' experience)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fabrication environment
  • Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication tools
  • Ability to read and manage fabrication drawings efficiently
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Local applicants preferred

Schedule:

  • 6:00 AM start
  • 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
  • 6th day available with additional pay
  • Overtime opportunities
