Change Analyst

- Seeking an experienced Change Analyst for an immediate opportunity in the Victorian Public Service.
- Fixed-Term, Full-Time role available until 31 December 2025.
- VPS Grade 5: $109,730 - $132,764 per annum plus superannuation.
- Proven knowledge and application of change management frameworks and working experience in a Change Analyst role; ideally within a large-scale agile delivery transformation program (business and technology change management).
- Developing business readiness, implementation and support models in close conjunction with stakeholders to reduce business disruption, increase take-up and improve the customer experience.
- Experience translating business and/or technology change impacts into training materials; and supporting train-the-trainer program development is highly regarded.
- A strong blend of change, stakeholder management and communication skills to support the highly influential engagement model.
- Relevant Organisational Change Management qualification and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
- Change management, design thinking, and agile training and certifications is desirable.
- Change experience in the application of the Prosci methodology is desirable.
- Preferred Agile delivery certification is desirable.
