Role : BDM – Banking, Financial and Insurance – Australia

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle sales for assigned vertical: lead prospecting, opportunity creation, proposal development, negotiation and closure for new logos and strategic expansions
- Build and execute account plans to expand high-potential accounts non-linearly — convert small engagements into enterprise relationships and multi-year contracts.
- Generate pipeline from scratch using a mix of direct outreach, executive relationships, industry events, alliances and partner channels.
- Act as the senior client executive for target customers — develop C-suite relationships and become a trusted partner for customer(s)
- Lead proposal governance, RFP responses and commercial negotiations; secure internal stakeholder alignment to deliver contracts.
Requirements for this Role:
Mandatory:
- Extensive consultative sales experience
- Management experience directing and motivating bid teams
- Experience in marketing to the buying organisations within target accounts
- Graduate with 15+ years of post-qualification experience
Others:
- Overall understanding of the Information Technology Products & Services, and Technology Governance in an Outsourced Environment
- Ability to influence clients' buying patterns
- Experience working with techies located in international locations virtually
- Knowledge of Domain, Operations IT, IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Digital / Security products and services
- Understanding of sales process, buying process in Govt and Private sectors, in the domains as mentioned above
