In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of established clients while actively identifying new opportunities through your network and referral partners. You'll deliver tailored financial solutions by deeply understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product specialists. From cash flow and capital to risk management and transaction banking, you'll help businesses grow with confidence.

You'll be part of a collaborative team of Relationship Executives and Analysts, working flexibly in a way that suits you. With a focus on businesses turning over between $2M to $20M, you'll drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation. Your presence in the region will grow as you build your profile and represent CommBank with pride.

We're looking for someone with a strong track record in business banking, particularly in building and leading successful portfolios. You'll bring experience in commercial lending, a deep understanding of banking products and services, and sharp financial analysis and credit skills.

A passion for customer service and business development is essential—and if you've worked in the diversified sector, that's a big plus.
