Role Overview:

As a 
PHP Full Stack Developer

at Member360, you will play a key role in building and enhancing our all-in-one gym management platform, which supports fitness businesses across Australia. This role combines back-end and front-end expertise, requiring strong skills in PHP, Laravel, , and modern development practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will be involved throughout the full development lifecycle from ideation and design input to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Beyond writing clean, efficient code, you'll collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, and fellow developers to ensure new features and improvements align with business goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain applications as a 
full-stack developer

.

·      Conduct 
code reviews and unit testing

to ensure high-quality deliverables.

·      Assist and mentor fellow developers in troubleshooting and brainstorming solutions.

·      Manage and control 
project GIT repositories

, including production deployments.

·      Actively participate in 
product development

from ideation to deployment.

·      Provide 
design input

during the early discovery phases of new features.

·      Proactively identify opportunities to improve and troubleshoot applications.

·      Analyse problems and deliver innovative, effective solutions.

·      Support the 
Project Owner

and 
Project Manager

with solution architecture, clearing impediments, and reporting.

·      Attend and contribute to 
weekly stand-up meetings

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).

Minimum 
10+ years of experience

in programming and applications design.

Demonstrated hands-on experience creating public, complex systems with multiple languages.

Strong expertise in:

  • Web API
  • PHP & Laravel
  • PostgreSQL
  • CI/CD
  • Agile & Jira
  • GIT
  • Third-party integrations (e.g., SendGrid, TallBob, Zapier)

Cloud experience, preferably with 
AWS

, is highly regarded.
