What We're Looking For

We need a passionate, self-motivated Landscaper with:

  • Strong knowledge of landscaping practices and equipment use.
  • Hands-on skills, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage jobs, and train apprentices.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, and excellent communication skills.
  • Pride in delivering top-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience in residential construction and maintenance (preferred).
  • Qualifications in landscaping or related trade (advantageous but not essential).
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.

We're also open to applicants from other trades seeking a career change, provided you have transferable skills and a drive for excellence.

Role Details
  • Location: Dunsborough and surrounds.
  • Hours: Full-time, long-term position.
  • Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality landscaping, maintain professional standards, and collaborate with a small, dedicated team.
