We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker, preferably with experience with dementia and degenerative conditions, to join our dedicated team providing in-home, personal, and community support to an NDIS participant in Morwell. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. We can offer long-term, stable employment for the right person.

About the Role:

You will be supporting a person with a degenerative disability in their daily life, providing personal care, home assistance, and helping them access the community. Our team is committed to person-centered care, ensuring consistency and stability for the participant.

  • Experience with degenerative disabilities or dementia is highly regarded

Shift Availability:

  • To be considered, you should have some availability throughout a 24/7 Roster of Care.

What You Need to Apply:

  • The legal right to work in Australia
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transport
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Two professional references
