Artisian Cheesemaker

Position Available: Cheesemaker (Mornington Peninsula)

We are a paddock-to-plate producer located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, currently seeking a passionate and skilled Cheesemaker to join our team.

Whether you're an accomplished cheesemaker, an assistant cheesemaker looking to step up, or someone with a science postgrad background, this role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with artisan cheese production. It may also suit chefs seeking a change of direction or winemakers familiar with fermentation science.

• Strong interest or experience in cheesemaking or fermentation

• Computer skills are a bonus
• Available to work during our busy season (August–January)
