As our Mental Health Clinician, you will provide contemporary, evidence based psychological support services to clients accessing the service. This role reports to the Clinical and Site Lead and is a part-time time permanent contract at a new centre.

What you will be doing day to day:

  • Conduct clinical assessments, case formulations, and treatment planning for people with complex mental health needs
  • Deliver individualised, evidence-based psychological interventions
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality clinical records and adhere to professional standards

About you:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or mental health nursing and registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW
  • Experience in assessment, formulation, and delivery of psychological treatments
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans
  • Strong knowledge of the mental health system, local support services, and relevant legislation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to hold one
  • Current Police Check or ability to obtain one.
