About the job
The International Program and Trials Manager will lead the end-to-end coordination, delivery and monitoring of the MOST-Nexus program across multiple work packages, countries and partner organisations. This role will also manage and coordinate project activities across other research initiatives as a part of our international and domestic partnership's portfolio.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Service Transformation and Research you will:
- Lead and manage the MOST-Nexus program, overseeing project plans, budgets, timelines, risk registers, and milestones across all work packages.
- Coordinate collaboration between international and domestic partners, technical teams, healthcare providers, and youth mental health experts.
- Drive strategic alignment, global partnership opportunities, and commercialisation planning in line with organisational priorities.
- Oversee governance, compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements, while tracking recruitment, data security, KPIs, and research outputs.
- Manage communications, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement, fostering a collaborative team culture and proactive problem-solving.
Skills and experience
The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
- Tertiary level qualifications in fields such as clinical trial research, biomedical sciences, psychiatry, psychology, public health, or a related discipline with subsequent experience.
- Extensive senior project management experience in global clinical trials, digital health, health innovation, or research translation, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Skilled in matrix-style environments, overseeing budgets, compliance, risk, reporting, and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong stakeholder management with interdisciplinary teams, international collaborators, funders, and youth leaders, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledgeable in youth mental health systems, digital innovation, implementation science, regulatory frameworks, and scaling health solutions globally.
