What you will be doing

We have multiple opportunities available for skilled labourers/machine operators/Asphalt crew members to join our team in 2025, working on the Gold Coast. Whether you have extensive experience or minimal real-time experience, we want to hear from you as this company is renowned for taking the time to upskill and train their workforce Don't miss out on the chance to be part of a supportive team and take your skills to the next level Duties include:

  • Operating machinery such as Rollers, Bobcats (If ticketed to do so)
  • Making sure the site is kept clean and tidy
  • Performing Rack Hand duties
  • General labouring tasks
  • Spotting machinery
  • Curb and channel works
  • Completing Gravels
  • Reading levels
  • General labouring duties

What You Will Need

  • Driver's Licence + reliable transport
  • Rollers, Bobcats (Highly desirable)
  • Physically fit as work will be labour intensive
  • Willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Road works/Asphalt or earthworks
