About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Pallet Repairer to join our operations team. This position offers 3 days per week, with flexibility in both days and hours to accommodate work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect wooden pallets for damage and assess repair requirements
• Repair and refurbish pallets using hand tools and other equipment
• Ensure pallets meet safety and quality standards prior to dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in pallet repair, carpentry, or general labour is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
