Pallet Repairer

We produce resins for the plastic industry as well as manufacturing polyethylene dampcourse, root barrier, slip sheet, cable cover and other sheet extruded products. **About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and dependable **Pallet Repairer** to join our operations team. This position offers **3 days per week**, with flexibility in both days and hours to accommodate work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect wooden pallets for damage and assess repair requirements
- Repair and refurbish pallets using hand tools and other equipment
- Ensure pallets meet safety and quality standards prior to dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in pallet repair, carpentry, or general labour is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
